Using Ask Neuro

By using this website or requesting Ask Neuro support, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and not interfere with its operation or misuse its content.

Health support

Ask Neuro provides navigation, education, and guided support. It does not replace an in-person examination, diagnosis, prescription, or ongoing treatment from your doctor. Availability and response times may vary.

Emergencies

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a website response or scheduled consultation.

Appointments

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment or create a doctor–patient relationship. Our Neuro Expert will ordinarily contact you within 2 hours on weekdays and within 6 hours on weekends.

Website content is for general information and may be updated without notice. Ask Neuro and NAADI content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply responsibility for third-party content.
